After graduation from PHS I went directly into the Navy. I was stationed at Great Lakes for training and was later transferred to Norfolk Virginia. In the summer of 1964 I married Donna Carlile, also from Plainfield, (class of '65).

After being discharged from the service in 1966, I moved with my family to California so that I could learn the machine shop business from my uncle. Today my wife helps me manage our own shop in La Mirada.

Donna and I have two children, Mark and Angela, both of whom are now married and have blessed us with grandchildren. Mark has two children, our two year old grand daughter, Sabrina, and Christopher who is just over three months. Our daughter Angela is living in our hometown, Plainfield. Less than two months ago, Angela and her husband had a new son, Ethan.

Since graduating I have gone by name 'Mark', but either way, I look forward to hearing from you.
